Organic, local and sustainable ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to orchestrate an eco-friendly banquet and reduce the banquet’s carbon footprint. Guests will have the opportunity to sample six delicacies on offer in tasting portions by joining the exclusive menu tasting during the wedding showcase. Highlighted dishes include Baked Crab Meat in Portuguese Sauce, Braised South African Abalone in Oyster Sauce, Steamed Giant Garoupa or Speckled Blue Garoupa with Tangerine Peel and Chicken Oil, and Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw, Conpoy and Cordyceps Flowers. Couples can also opt for the ‘Timeless Romance Menu’ with six exquisite main courses to reduce food waste.
