She is also a bestselling author and has developed initiatives like The Empowerment School to support children and teens. She is also the channel of an innovative system of multi-level healing, receiving multiple awards. Michelle’s work focuses on holistic wellbeing, mental health, and personal growth, making her a respected figure in the global wellness community.

You’ve had a remarkable journey from feeling powerless to empowered. Can you share a pivotal moment in your life that significantly shaped your path as a healer and mentor?

I channelled my unique healing system, igniting my mission to elevate collective consiousness and empower humanity on a larger scale.

You’ve developed a pioneering system of healing that connects to dragon energy. Can you explain how this ancient healing method works and its significance in today’s world?

This transformative system combines ancient energy and symbols, activating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health while promoting growth, resilience, unity, and empowerment in today’s challenging world.

As the founder of unique initiatives like The Empowerment Dayfests and The Empowerment School platform, what inspired you to focus on women and children’s empowerment, and what impact have you seen from these programs?

Inspired by the challenges they face, I create communities where women and children are seen, validated, and heard. My initiatives empower them to embrace their true selves and express their truths with confidence.

You coach mindfulness and well-being programs in schools. How do you believe these programs can transform the educational environment for both students and teachers?

These programs cultivate focus and foster a compassionate, resilient educational atmosphere, equipping students and teachers with essential tools to navigate mental health challenges, manage stress, and enhance overall well-being.

You address deep-seated issues such as trauma and mental health challenges. What advice do you have for individuals looking to overcome their personal struggles and achieve inner peace?

Be gentle and patient with yourself—healing is a journey. Embrace mindfulness, practice self-compassion, and allow space to accept your feelings. Seek support, and remember there IS hope beyond struggles.

As a successful healer, author, and mother, how do you manage the complexities of your roles, and what practices do you find most helpful in maintaining balance in your life?

An open mindset, awareness, and living with conscious intention help me create a life of peace and balance. I incorporate self-reflection, set boundaries, enjoy nature walks, spend family time, and meditate to stay grounded.
