As a singer and actor, I’m lucky to have flexible hours, though busy periods can be intense. Currently, without any drama shoots, I have more time for Asher. Our day begins when he wakes up—I cuddle him, then make coffee and read while he has breakfast. I play guitar during his meal for live music. Depending on his schedule, we either go to therapy or bike. He naps around noon, when I hit the gym. Afternoons may include swimming if no therapy is planned. Evenings follow a routine: dinner at 6, bath at 8, and bedtime by 9.

The most memorable moment in my artistic journey was winning a singing competition in 2013 and receiving the award from Mr. Alan Tam. It marked a turning point, shifting my focus from acting to pursuing my dream of becoming a singer. Another unforgettable experience was acting alongside 羅嘉良先生 in the drama 與蝶同謀, where he played my father. His grace and generosity taught me a great deal and deeply influenced my growth as an actor.

I began training in Chinese martial arts at age six, initially to defend myself from bullying. However, it taught me much more—discipline, respect, and resilience. These values have greatly influenced my career. Life and work aren’t always easy; the path can be challenging. But returning to the basics, like discipline, is crucial. Many things are beyond our control, so the best we can do is focus on controlling ourselves.

Family means everything to me, especially since I come from a broken family. That experience has made me deeply appreciate and cherish my own tribe. Having my family’s unconditional support is the most important foundation in my life. Knowing they love me unconditionally motivates me to always strive to be the best version of myself.

Looking ahead, I aim to continue creating soulful music that touches people’s hearts. I’ll be performing in a musical and possibly doing a solo concert tour in China by year’s end. On the family front, I’m excited that Asher will start school in August. I hope he makes friends, learns new skills, and keeps being a badass.
