Cookie Smiles Releases New Storybook ‘Matcha Moon’ To Raise Funds

by Ella

“We should always shoot for the moon. Even if we miss, we’ll always land amongst the stars.”

This February, social enterprise Cookie Smiles is celebrating its first publication. Titled Matcha Moon, the children’s storybook is a homegrown tale about three cookie lovers – a pair of siblings and their friend – who begin a mission to expand their cooking skills and help the less fortunate along the way.

Marking the book’s release, Cookie Smiles is partnering with various sponsors and organisations to bring together a family fun event. All proceeds will be reinvested into Cookie Smiles to support graduates and employees from Shine Skills Centre.
