To welcome the arrival of spring, Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong collaborates with renowned Japanese beauty brand, IPSA, to offer the ‘IPSA ME Regime’ Staycation and ‘Blissful Radiance’ Afternoon Tea at Lobby Lounge between 14 March and 30 April 2022, for those who covet supple and radiant skin alike the blissful bloom of the spring season.
Taking inspiration from two of the brand’s much-loved natural recipe skincare products, The
Time Reset Aqua W and Metabolizer, as well as its key ingredient – honey, Kowloon
Shangri-La’s culinary team has crafted a ‘Blissful Radiance’ Afternoon Tea that features the
exuberant flavours of spring.
Plated in a floral golden birdcage, the delectable bites include much-celebrated flavours of
Japan such as the Shrimp Burger with Honey Mustard in Green Tea Bun; Tuna Tataki with
Honey Yuzu Sauce and Caviar; Sushi Sandwich with Roasted Duck, Cinnamon and Honey;
Baked Cheese Tart with Japanese Strawberries and Yuzu Curd; and Ivory Panna Cotta with
Manuka Macerated Berries. The set also comes with freshly baked Yuzu and Matcha Scones,a deluxe fruit platter (dine-in only), Sparkling Citrus Acqua welcome drink (dine-in only)and Shangri-La Signature Blend tea or coffee (dine-in only).
