by Ella

JW Café, the renowned buffet restaurant of JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, has newly launched a Grilled Surf ‘n’ Turf Takeaway Platter, which is a scrumptious combination of grilled quality meats such as Australian beef, Australian lamb meat and Iberico pork, succulent shellfish and grilled vegetables, freshly crafted by the hotel culinary team every day. With a serving size of six persons, this delicious takeaway platter is perfect for sharing with the whole family in the comforts of home.

The Surf ‘n’ Turf platter comprises a delectable selection of grilled meats, including char-grilled Australian jack cheek striploin, roasted Iberico pork rack, and roasted Australian lamb chops. In addition, slowed cooked U.S. chicken breast is specially included to cater to those health-conscious family members who prefer a high-protein, low-fat option. The platter also comes with a creamy, slightly spicy homemade green peppercorn sauce, the perfect steak companion that elevates the taste of every bite of meat.

Indulgent seafood delicacies are essential for a satisfying surf and turf feast. Grilled king prawns, New Zealand green mussels and pan-seared Norwegian salmon fillet are there to stimulate the appetite and satisfy the seafood cravings.
