AMMO is joining hands with New Zealand apple brand Rockit® for its first-ever crossover into afternoon tea, launching the “Rockit® Apple Fest Afternoon Tea” from 1 August 2022. Rockit® apples are naturally developed in New Zealand and grown in Hawke’s Bay. There are four distinct seasons throughout the year and the region is most famous for its red wines and fruit. Rockit® apple are miniature apples with a sweet flavour, thin skin, distinctive bright red blush and rich aroma, which is unique among all other apple brands.

AMMO’s Executive Chef Fung Wong has been inspired, using Rockit® apples for the tantalising array of apple- themed afternoon tea. Savoury favourites include Bacon & Potato Salad Sandwiches with pickled Apple, Foie Gras Terrine with Apple Jelly, Apple Curry Turnovers and Prosciutto & Cantaloupe, all perfect to pamper your appetite. Those with a sweet tooth will love the adorable Vanilla Mousse Apple Cake, Apple Crumble, Apple Rose Raindrop Cake, Cheesecake Flan on Custard Tart. Our chef specially handmade apple jam for our scones for this apple-themed afternoon tea. Diners can also order “Apple Delight” a refreshing gin-based cocktail or Apple Earl Grey Tea to cleanse the palate.
