Asaya Kitchen

Led by Italian native Chef Fabio Nompleggio, Asaya Kitchen at Rosewood Hong Kong champions wholesome Mediterranean cuisine that highlights seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers, fisheries and food artisans. Asaya Kitchen’s exciting line-up of exclusive holiday menus for the festive season includes 7-course Christmas Eve Dinner (HK$1,488+10%) on 24 December, 5-course Christmas Lunch (HK$988+10%) on 25 December, 7-course Christmas Day Dinner Menu (HK$1,288+10%) on 25 December, 5-course Boxing Day Lunch (HK$988+10%) on 26 December, and 7-course New Year’s Eve Dinner (HK$1,688+10%) inclusive of a glass of Champagne on the celebratory evening of 31st December.

HENRY
HENRY, the American steakhouse, smokehouse and butcher concept helmed by Chef de Cuisine Mario Tolentino on level five of Rosewood Hong Kong, celebrates the festive season with exclusive Christmas and New Year’s menus. On the evening of 24 December, indulge in a 5-course Christmas Eve Menu (HK$1,688+10%) including oysters and Champagne to start with hearty festive mains such as Herb Roasted Turkey and Smoked Prime Rib. Festive specials will also be available on 25 and 26 December. On 31 December, there’s no better final meal of the year than HENRY’s 5-course New Year’s Eve Menu (HK$1,988+10%) complete with oysters, celebratory Champagne, and a Yule Log to conclude.

For guests who wish to dine at the comforts of their home, the Rosewood Hong Kong online Butcher Shop offers Christmas Turkey, Christmas Ham Joint and the finest selection of prime cuts of dry-aged beef of the highest grade straight from American ranches, chosen for their tenderness and flavour. Pair the butcher cuts of meat with any of the international fine wines handpicked by Director of Wine – Julien Peros. Further offerings include homemade charcuterie meats and accompaniments, giving you everything you’ll need for the perfect steak night evening at home.

Bayfare Social

Lively Spanish tapas-inspired gastro market Bayfare Social by Chef Jorge Vera Gutierrez debuts new festive fare on its A la Carte selection, including Suquet de Marisco y Pescado (HK$480), a Catalan seafood and fish stew with black cod, tiger prawns, clams, mussels, and squid; Pata de Cordero Asado con Papas Canarias (HK$680), a roasted Spanish baby lamb shoulder with Canary potatoes and padron peppers; and Arroz Caldoso de Carabineros with juicy red prawn rice, squid, mushroom and sofrito base, among other tasty specials. This special menu is available from 1 December to 2 January 2023. 


The Legacy House

The flagship Cantonese restaurant of Rosewood Hotel Group, MICHELIN-recommended The Legacy House celebrates the winter season by offering a special Winter Solstice Festival Set Menu, as well as Christmas and New Year’s Eve culinary experience in either the vibrant main dining room or a more intimate affair in one of the seven private dining rooms. The 8-Course Winter Solstice Festival Set Menu (HK$2,380+10%) is available on 22 December for private dining rooms guests. On 24 December, enjoy Chef Li Chi Wai’s banquet-style 8-Course Christmas Eve Festive Menu (HK$2,180+10%). On 31st December, ring in the New Year by savouring elevated Cantonese delicacies in an 8-Course New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu (HK2,380+10%).

CHAAT
One MICHELIN-starred CHAAT’s vibrant holiday menu by Chef Manav Tuli is spiced and aromatic, all served family-style to capture the true spirit of Christmas. From 24 to 26  December, enjoy a modern Indian take on Festive Lunch (HK$988+10%), or Festive Dinner (HK$1,688+10%) on 24 and 25 December, chock full of festive premium bites such as Kristal Caviar Pani Puri and Abalone Taar Korma with cinnamon, ginger, and fennel. On 31 December, the New Year’s Eve Menu (HK$1,888) boasts Chef Manav’s clever spins on traditional Indian-style street food, accompanied by sharing-style portions.

BluHouse and The Dining Room by BluHouse

Tucked away within BluHouse, The Dining Room by BluHouse presents a thoughtful balance between tradition and innovation in a refined ambience. Native Italian Chef De Cuisine Giovanni Galeota unleashes his creativity upon sustainably sourced seasonal ingredients, bringing a fresh new take on elevated Italian gastronomy. On Christmas Eve, a luxurious Italian 8-course Christmas Eve Dinner (HK$2,080+10%) awaits guests. Celebrate a Christmas Day to remember with Chef Galeota’s 6-course Christmas Lunch and Dinner (HK$1,680+10%), inclusive of a welcome glass of Champagne Billecart-Salmon NV to start. In the evening of 31 December, indulge in a 8-course feast via the New Year’s Eve Dinner Menu (HK$2,288+10%) featuring exclusive festive dishes. BluHouse Food Hall will also be serving five Christmas Specials along its seasonal a la carte menu throughout the month of December.

 

DarkSide

From mulled wine to Christmas cocktails, DarkSide is the ultimate destination to grab a festive tipple this December. DarkSide’s inimitable Director of Bars,  Simone Rossi celebrates the season with three new spiced cocktails, All The Way Mulled featuring Remy Martin VSOP, Visciolata, red wine, and spice mix; Tom & Jerry Cocktail with Plantation 5, Remy Martin, egg white, egg yolk, spice mix, cinnamon and nutmeg; and Wine Base Cocktail with cognac, white wine, bianco vermouth, pach bitter and cloves. Festive cocktails will be served throughout the month of December till 1 January 2022, priced at HK$170+10% each.
