This week we chatted to Giann(@chan.tsz.ying), who shared with us her business ideas about TRUTHIS and gave us tips for great Instagram photos.

1. Could you tell me a bit about yourself and your background?
Hi! I am Giann Chan. I have been an Instagram influencer and model since 2013. I was lucky enough to work with various prestigious brands. Eg: DIOR, ESTEE LAUDER, SKII, CHANEL in the past 8 years. Today, I am on the path to becoming an entrepreneur.
2. What encouraged you to start your business?
For many years I’ve been receiving numerous beauty-related questions from many followers, and this inspired me to uncover a skincare formula that can satisfy the beauty needs of women today. In fact, my brand name is ” Truthis “, which means to uncover the truth of beauty.
3. Can you share your top 3 places in Hong Kong that are great for instagram photos?
– Gold Coast
– Billow restaurant in Tai Po
– Pak Lap Village in Sai Kung
I love places that make me feel like I am on vacation. Those are the places I have the feeling of travelling and I highly recommend it to everyone.
4. How do you stay fit and healthy?
I have been a semi-vegetarian since 2017. Which means chicken is allowed, but all the other meats are not. I pick a vegetarian diet most of the time, and I think it’s how I become fit and healthy.
5. How do you make yourself happy and ritzy in life?
Being real, humble and grateful can always make me happy.
