Ritzy Recipe: Keto low sugar cheesecake

Being a Keto you can definitely enjoy a dessert. Our vision is just like the cheesecake you know. Try it and you can have a cheesecake bliss!

Ingredients – serves 4 people:

  1. 64g coconut flour
  2. 64g melted butter
  3. 64g almond flour
  4. 32g shredded coconut
  5. 225g soften cream cheese
  6. 450g sour cream
  7. 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  8. 3 eggs

Steps:

Pie crust: 

  1. Mix flour, melted butter and coconut together
  2. Plan an even layer(1.5cm high) and freeze for an hour

Filling:

  1. Beat the cream cheese and sour cream 
  2. Add eggs, vanilla extra and mix well
  3. Fill into the pan
  4. Bake for 1hr and 20 mins at 30ºC
