Becoming a mother has deeply changed my view on health and fitness. Before, I exercised mainly for appearance—to look fit and feel confident. Now, I focus more on inner health because I want to be strong and healthy to actively accompany my children as they grow. Physical, mental, and spiritual well-being have become essential. I cherish my quiet morning time for stretching and self-care, shifting from external goals to nurturing my overall health.
2. You’re juggling so much—entrepreneur, content creator, and mum. What does a typical day look like for you, and how do you make time for yourself?

Balancing roles as a mum, entrepreneur, and content creator is challenging, and perfect balance is impossible. I prioritize family above all, choosing work that fits around my children’s growth. Running my own yoga brand and flexible content creation allows me to work during school hours or non-family days. I’ve learned to set clear priorities and avoid being too greedy with time. My “me time” now happens early mornings with exercise and meditation, or lunch with friends, ensuring I recharge without sacrificing family.
3. Many mums look up to you as a role model. What advice would you give to new mothers trying to stay active and positive while adjusting to parenthood?

I know many mums follow me, and I’m grateful for the support. My biggest advice for staying positive and active is to never lose yourself. Motherhood is tough, and even if you’re not working, you must maintain your own value—value you give yourself. Learn new things, explore the world within your limits. Giving all your time to your child can make you lose yourself. Balance is key: reserve time for yourself to do what you love, so you stay connected and fulfilled.
4. Has your approach to content creation or managing the CoffeeSweat brand evolved over time? How do you incorporate personal or family values into your work?

My approach to content creation and managing CoffeeSweat has evolved significantly. Initially, I invested a lot of time and effort into my YouTube channel, facing many challenges and mistakes as a beginner. It took 2-3 years to establish my yoga brand and build a team. Now, I delegate decisions to my colleagues, freeing up my time to focus on innovation and work-life balance. I prioritize working when my family is busy, so I can fully enjoy time with them, valuing family deeply as a mother and wife
5. What are your goals or vision for the next chapter of your journey—whether it’s for CoffeeSweat, your content, or something entirely new?

Looking ahead, I hope CoffeeSweat can expand into different product types, like orthopedic items such as cold-proof straps and waist belts, to help women maintain good posture and confidence. Although I planned to share more workout content this year, pregnancy and early complications have paused that. After giving birth and recovery, I’ll create more exercise videos and also start sharing chat videos, as many enjoy hearing my thoughts. I avoid setting fixed goals to stay open to new possibilities and creativity.
