This month, in partnership with leading hotel The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, Cookie Smiles launched a Trial Work Placement Scheme (Internship) programme for students of the Shine Skills Centre, a member institute of the Vocational Training Council (VTC). The new programme takes students from the Certificate in Fast Food Operation (QF level 1) and Bakery and Café Service and Catering Service courses, and finds them placement within The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong’s organisation.
