Three on canton

From now until the end of March, Three on Canton brings scrumptious enjoyment to guests as it presents its Abalone and Crab Dinner Buffet, which showcases a bountiful selection of abalone and crab dishes alongside chilled seafood, hot dishes and decadent desserts. Seafood lovers can indulge in a delectable array of chilled seafood items, including Freshly Shucked French Oysters, Boston LobstersBrown Crabs, Snow Crab Legs, Mussels, Jade Whelks and Prawns. Recommended abalone and crab dishes include the refreshing Lemon Abalone Tart, the creamy and flavourful Crab Tortilla Roll-ups as well as juicy Baked Fish Fillets with Crab Meat Au GratinBaked Abalone and Seafood with Miso MayonnaiseAbalone Kilpatrick and Abalone Ragout Vol-Au-Vent.  Those who like bold flavours will also delight in hot dishes like the Deep-fried Soft Shell Crabs with Chilli and Garlic Pepper and Braised Abalones with Ginger and Spring OnionsFried Rice with Crab Meat and Abalone and the mouth-watering Fresh Crab Congee with Abalone are also not to be missed.


Cafe Marco

Cafe Marco welcomes the new year with a themed dinner buffet that features seasonal seafood and abalone dishes until the end of February. Also throughout January and February, guests can spend a weekend afternoon in sweet bliss with Cafe Marco’s signature Cheesecake Celebration Afternoon Tea Buffet. Ring in the new year by sampling a variety of tantalising abalone dishes and other seafood delicacies with Cafe Marco’s “Abalone Feast Dinner Buffet” from now until 28 February 2023. Chef recommendations include Seafood Thermidor with AbaloneBraised Chicken and Abalone with Chestnut and Scallion; and Fried Rice with Chicken, Abalone and Dried Conpoy. To celebrate a prosperous year ahead, Chilled Abalone with Salmon Roe with Sake will also be served to each diner.


Cucina

This spring, Cucina’s Chef Andrea Delzanno invites guests on a gastronomic exploration of the flavours of Southern Italy with a new four-course signature set menu served during lunch and dinner periods. From now until 5 April 2023, guests at Cucina can sample four regional delicacies as part of this set menu as they enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong’s iconic skyline.The south of Italy boasts a Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and mild winters. Thanks to this weather, Southern Italian cuisine benefits from a wide array of produce, such as tomatoes, fine olive oil as well as herbs and spices. Being close to the sea, the region also features plenty of delicacies made with fresh seafood.


BASEHALL

BaseHall 02, the eclectic sister venue of the original BaseHall 01, has officially opened at LG/F of Jardine House. Priced at HK$688 for two persons, the “Secret Garden Tea Party” afternoon tea set is available from 3:30PM to 5:00PM at The Farmhouse (2/F, West Tower) on weekends, Public Holidays, and Valentine’s Day, from 8 January till 26 March 2023*. Hole Foods Launches Salisterra Afternoon Tea and Pop-Up in Revitalised Space Designed by André Fu

As part of The Upper House’s journey to support homegrown brands, they partnered with Hole Foods to present an afternoon tea inspired by local produce. Serving iconic pastries and sought-after limited-edition flavours, the Hole Foods pop-up on level 6 takes over the revitalised space designed by André Fu until March 2023.

Beginning with a craving, Hannah Yeung and Winson Choi founded their artisanal doughnut shop in 2020, which became an instant sensation when they launched in Pacific Place’s White Space in July 2022. Made from scratch, each doughnut is fermented for 18 hours before mixing, cutting, glazing and filling by hand. Fluffy and soft inside, with a crisp buttery crumb on the outside, Hole Foods’s doughnuts feature flavours from around the world. Their bestsellers include mango sago and peanut butter condensed milk.
