Guidepost Hong Kong

Guess what exciting adventures Guidepost’s students have been up to lately? This season, they’ve embarked on an amazing journey through Africa! Children have admired pyramids and crafted African masks. In the kitchen, they are cooking up ‘chakalaka’ treats and enjoying madrazi sweets. They are also honing mortar and pestle skills and exploring new spices and kitchen tools!

Malvern College Pre-School Hong Kong

The Amur Leopards have had a fun and productive week preparing for Easter by creating their own Easter egg decorations from salt dough. After learning how to make the dough, they added colours and decorations to craft their own unique designs, before learning how to bake their finished pieces in the oven until they were hard! This was an engaging hands-on learning experience that sparked the children’s creativity and imagination and ensured lots of excited chatter about patterns and shapes while they were busy making their eggs!

Harrow International School Hong Kong

Harrow Hong Kong recently played host to the highly anticipated Dragon Maths Competition, a thrilling event that put the physical and mental abilities of students to the ultimate test. With excitement in the air, schools from all corners of Hong Kong eagerly participated, bringing together a diverse range of young minds as they engaged in an exhilarating battle of mathematical prowess. The prestigious QE2 Hall served as the backdrop for this captivating event, providing a grand stage where students showcased their skills and demonstrated their dedication to the world of mathematics.

Wycomble Abbey School Hong Kong

Hong Kong China Rugby made a special visit to WAS recently, bringing along two talented players and their CEO, Mr Robbie McRobbie. WAS’s students learned about the world of rugby, a sport deeply rooted in British culture and a beloved tradition at British boarding schools. They engaged in lively discussions, asked questions, and even had the chance to score autographs from the well-known players.
Not only did this visit enhance their understanding and appreciation for the game, but it also sparked a contagious enthusiasm for the upcoming Hong Kong Sevens event in April!

Role play can help younger children develop the confidence to speak in diversed social situations. In Anfield Kowloon Tong campus, students love to engage in role play activities which are linked to the themes of their learning and are very creative in their approach! Through this, the students develop their vocabulary and build up their imagination and creativity whilst having fun alongside their peers. In addition, they can learn to analyse problems, come up with solutions and adapt their actions accordingly.

Australian International School Hong Kong

It is delightful to announce that AISHK students and Head of Performing Arts, Peter Stapleton, had recently performed at Methodist International Centre, Wanchai.  To celebrate of St David’s Day, The Hong Kong Welsh Male Voice Choir, and the talented harpist, Madison, from Year 8 and our captivating string ensemble had performed a Welsh piece by Karl Jenkins. AISHK students did do a great job!

There are less than 100 days left before HKIS’s Class of 2023 graduates! In order to allow students to create memorable memories together within limited time. Seniors had celebrated their final countdown of high school with an awesome Senior Carnival a week ago. With bubble soccer, balloon darts, ring toss, and tasty snacks, it was truly an event that brought every class together in the most unforgettable way.
