The festival kicks off with the Canvas of Korea 4-Hands Dinner on March 5, featuring a collaborative culinary experience between Chef Anthony Cheung of Casa Cucina and Chef Yong of Liberty Exchange. This exclusive 8-course menu presents a delightful fusion of Italian and Korean cuisine. Guests can reserve tickets priced at HKD$1,288 for dinner without wine pairing, or HKD$1,800 with wine pairing, ensuring a memorable gastronomic journey.
Following the dinner, the festival will host two Tea Ceremonies on March 24 and 25, allowing guests to savor the exquisite flavors of Korean teas. The experience will include delightful offerings like Chef Anthony’s Tofu Panna Cotta infused with Yuzu and traditional Korean bite-sized Dasik, all for HKD$399 per ticket. This serene event invites participants to immerse themselves in the customs and rituals of Korean tea preparation.
The Wall of Hope exhibition runs from March 1 to 30, complemented by a Ceramics Showcase featuring Kim Hee Jong’s works.
