Andō

Andō, the coveted one MICHELIN-starred and one DIAMOND-recognised restaurant by JIA Group and Chef Agustin Balbi, is proud to unveil a series of exciting new happenings and accomplishments.

To commemorate its five-year anniversary, Andō is set to introduce a new 5-course “Celebration” Dinner Menu, in addition to an exquisite new 8-course “Experience” Dinner Menu. The restaurant’s commitment to sustainability has recently been recognized with a top score in the Food Made Good Sustainability Standard, earning a stellar Three-Star Rating. Furthermore, Chef Agustin has been invited as a speaker at Madrid Fusion, where he will represent Andō at the world-renowned gastronomic summit later this month.
