The signature pink princess theme of the interior design in Beauty in the Pot is inspired by the beautiful cherry blossoms that come every early spring. Beauty in the Pot served SIX different nourishing soup bases, must-try items for all beauty icons include the Signature Beauty Collagen Broth which boasts a rich and sweet flavour with a medley of conpoy, chicken, chicken feet, pork bone and pig’s trotters. Other healthy options include the Signature Spicy Nourishing Soup, Herbal Drunken Chicken Broth and Cooling Coconut Broth. Beauty in The Pot also offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients ranging from meat and seafood to vegetables and noodles. All the meatballs, meat paste and dumplings are handmade. Must-try items include the Signature Homemade Fish Tofu, which follows a secret recipe. It is made with yellowtail fish, soya bean and egg white all blended perfectly. The smooth, soft and delicate tofu is skillfully prepared and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Vive cake boutique

Vive Cake Boutique was founded by Vivien Lau, a self-taught cake designer with a Biomedical Sciences degree, in 2014 as an online enterprise creating cakes for private customers who “like something a little different”. The eponymous brand has since proved a roaring success story, launching first as a ‘pop up’ at The Pulse in 2015 and subsequently expanding to H Queen in Central with trademark ‘pink’ and sleek marble décor.

The artisan cake boutique’s signature handmade cakes, cupcakes, confectioneries, cookies and tailor-made cakes for weddings and special occasions are all made freshly from scratch from finest ingredients sourced from all over the world. Her edible works of art are intricate and elegant, playful and feminine, beautiful and delicious, yet unconventional and original.

Vive Cake Boutique has attracted widespread acclaim, ranked among the “crème de la crème of Hong Kong’s bespoke dessert makers” by Time Out, with a large celebrity and socialite following including Aaron Kwok, Charlene Choi, Gillian Chung, Niki Chow, Sharon Chan, Miki Yeung and more.
