Cafe Marco presents new gastronomic delights for gourmands with a Seafood and Duck Liver nightly dinner buffet and a Mango Indulgence Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet throughout September and October.
From 6 September to 31 October, a variety of cold and hot dishes featuring decadent duck liver will be showcased as part of the restaurant’s elaborate dinner buffet spread. Cold dishes include Duck Foie Gras Terrine and Duck Liver Mousse in Puff. Meanwhile, hot dishes of Fried Rice with Duck Liver and Fried Rice Noodles with Duck Liver and Shrimp will be available on a rotational basis. Guests will also each receive a complimentary serving of Pan-fried Duck Liver with Orange Jam on Toast.
Guests can also savour an impressive array of seafood on ice, including Oysters, Boston Lobsters, Blue Mussels, Sea Whelks, Clams and Prawns. Complimentary free-flow soft drinks and selected beers are also available.
In addition to the indulgent dinner buffet, Cafe Marco is also presenting a sweet and refreshing Mango Indulgence Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet during September and October. Cafe Marco’s Pastry Chef Patrick See has created a selection of delectable mango desserts, including the tantalising Mango Napoleon and the Mango Egg White Swiss Roll, the latter of which combines a light egg-white cake with fresh and juicy mango. Other must-try desserts on the buffet table include Coconut Mango Sago Pudding, Caramel Mango and Mango Lamington. All mango delicacies are freshly made for the finest fruit-filled experience.
