Kick start your high tea experience with Oyster Chowder with Deep-fried Oyster, the classic chowder recipe is creamy, rich, flavourful and it warms you up, alongside the golden and crispy deep-fried oyster coated with bread crumbs will surely tempt your taste buds.

With the festive season fast approaching, GREEN’s culinary team masterfully crafted three main course options to the dining table, including Smoked Turkey Drumstick with BBQ and Honey Truffle Mayonnaise. This wood-fired drumstick imported from Poland carries a bold smoky flavour, it is tender and juicy with crispy skin that will be sure to leave you satisfied.
Beef lovers can opt for Grass-fed Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Mashed Potato and French Beans, the pasture-raised and hormone-free meat is lean, tender, juicy and rich in flavour – a good choice for health-conscious guests, while the succulent Oven-baked Barramundi and Cous Cous with Pomelo and Honey Mustard Dip is a refreshing choice for seafood lovers appreciate a touch of citrus.
Third Course: Chocolate Desserts
