IFC mall Teams up with Innovative Japanese Artist Ayumi Tsuchiya to Debut her Interactive Wooden Art Installation ‘Melodic Woodland’ in HK this August

This summer, ifc mall Hong Kong is delighted to present a captivating summer curation in collaboration with innovative Japanese artist Ayumi Tsuchiya, showcasing her work for the first time in Hong Kong — an interactive wooden art installation themed ‘life is beautiful: a symphony of nature’ – ‘Melodic Woodland’. From 16 to 29 August 2024, the Oval Atrium at ifc mall will transform into a playful and enchanting woodland featuring five unique interactive zones.

A Fusion of Wondrous Wood Craft and Whimsical Melodic Harmony Creates A Multisensory Experience

Ayumi Tsuchiya is a talented Japanese artist who specialises in creating interactive works that seamlessly blend sound, touch and nature. Shortly after she graduated with the highest honours from Tama Art University in 2012, she was honoured with the Interactive Merit Award at the prestigious One Show in New York in 2013. Tsuchiya’s works are well recognised globally, and featured at art events, museums and science centres. She has also worked with renowned brands, continually pushing the boundaries of interactive art and design.
