The collaboration brings together the culinary prowess of Italian Chef Antimo Maria Merone of Estro and Chef Chudaree ‘Tam’ Debhakam of Baan Tepa, a two MICHELIN-starred and MICHELIN Green Star restaurant from Bangkok.
