Julianne Moore AS As New Brand Ambassador In “We Glow” Campaign Hourglass Debuts

Los Angeles, CA – Vegan and cruelty-free luxury beauty brand Hourglass Cosmetics announces Julianne Moore as its newest brand ambassador. The one-year partnership kicks off with the “We Glow” campaign, an impactful series shot by renowned photographer Mark Seliger. “We Glow,” Hourglass’ biggest campaign to date, celebrates the brand’s new Ambient Soft Glow Foundation: a weightless liquid foundation that delivers medium, buildable coverage with a natural, soft glow finish that lasts all day.

An expansion of the brand’s iconic Ambient Lighting Collection—a bestselling line of ethereal powders that recreates the most flattering light sources—Ambient Soft Glow Foundation is a new kind of foundation that harnesses the power of light to effortlessly enhance the complexion. Featuring Moore, “We Glow” spotlights the foundation’s lit-from-within effect and the intangible glow derived from inner beauty and meaningful human connection.

The campaign captures the intimate, authentic moments of five duos, leading with Moore and her 20- year-old daughter Liv Freundlich. Focusing on print, digital, social media, and out-of-home mediums, “We Glow” shows the beauty of our personal connections—the universal bonds that transcend age and background and make us who we are—and reveals the natural glow we radiate from within when surrounded by those we love. The series captures how the foundation’s softly radiant finish works on a range of skin tones and skin types to create a smooth, even, glowing complexion. Ambient Soft Glow Foundation’s innovative formula is infused with blurring spheres and light-diffusing pigments to minimize the look of pores, fine lines, and wrinkles for 16-hour transfer-resistant wear that looks and feels effortless.

“We Glow” also features legendary dancer and choreographer Twyla Tharp alongside her mentee Destiny Wimpye, an aspiring dancer for Pacific Northwest Ballet, as well as interior designers Jordy Murray and Nora O’Neil, who co-founded the Brooklyn-based studio Friends of Form. Model and activist mother-daughter duo Emiko Hawana and Marina Hawana-Strube round out the cast, followed by sisters living in completely different worlds: celebrity stylist Mecca Shalena Cox and Tanisha Donee Curtis, a mortgage broker and mom-of-three.
