8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA
Helmed by chef Umberto Bombana, three-star Michelin restaurant 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA has a joyous Christmas Eve Dinner. The culinary experience will start with Oyster Gillardeau, and followed by Roasted Kinmedai, Chestnut Gnocchi, Classic Broth, Poularde from Bresse, Mayura Beef Sirloin “Signature Series”, Marinated Wild Strawberry, ending with Traditional Christmas Panettone. A festive three or four course Festive Lunch Menu is also being served from 25 to 27 December.

BaseHall 2 – Test Kitchen
BaseHall 2 proudly presents the Christmas themed pop-up eight-course menu at Test Kitchen from 16 to 17 December 2022. Led by Chef Nico Gellon, the menu is fusion of international flavours inspired by a range of cuisines including Italian, Asian and British. This year, chef Nico has put a twist on the traditional Christmas turkey, offering Chicken Rossini for diners to relish in the sentiment of warmth, joy and love. An additional wine pairing option priced at HKD780 is also available.
CAFÉ LANDMARK
