Min Yue Xuan provides a series of chef’s recommended dishes, providing diners with an unparalleled culinary experience. First up is Chilled Australian Black Gold Abalone ($1488), featuring the star ingredient from the 40th parallel south. Black gold abalone grows in extremely selective conditions, requiring 8 to 10 years of meticulous cultivation. Its meat is firm, sweet, and aromatic, rich in nutrients, making it a highlight of any gourmet feast.

 

Min Yue Xuan is launching the following promotional activities from 1 to 31 Marc. During lunch hours, dine-in customers can enjoy a 21% discount on the entire bill (10% service charge will be added, and tea is charged separately). Throughout March, all à la carte items, including main dishes, dim sum, and soups (excluding set menus), will be available at a 21% discount. In the evening, we present a “Night of Luxury” featuring a Western Australian lobster tasting feast. Guests who spend over $2000 will be served one Western Australian lobster (valued at $880); those who spend over $4000 will be served two lobsters, and so on, up to a maximum of three lobsters. Guests can choose from the following cooking styles: salt and pepper, salted egg, garlic, ginger and scallion stir-fry, or baked lobster in broth. *Dinner promotions do not apply to private dining rooms and cannot be combined with other offers. MIn Yue Xuan reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
