For family gatherings starring mum and dad, Chef Chung has created a joyous brunch menu with three variations based on the theme of A Lux’s popular Buon Fine Settimana weekend brunch. Available from noon to 3 p.m. on 13 and 14 May 2023 (Mother’s Day and its eve) and 17 and 18 June 2023 (Father’s Day and its eve), the menu features exquisite interpretations of land and sea bounty. Priced at HK$588 per person, the Mother’s Day brunch set menu begins with a scrumptious Seafood Platter laden with French oysters, shrimps from Vietnam, clams from the U.S., Japanese scallops, Norwegian smoked salmon and Canadian whelks all prepared to showcase their freshness. For both the five-course Mother’s Day and the four-course Father’s Day brunch, the set menu includes free-flow Antipasto, inviting family members to indulge in classic charcuterie and savoury vegetables from a smorgasbord of selection.
