Ingredients – serves 4 people:
- 2 Keto buns
- 1.5 eggs
- 50g brown sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 tablespoon butter
Steps:
- Mix and whisk all the ingredients except Keto buns
- Put small pieces of Keto buns into the mixture and soak for 5 mins
- Pour everything into a tray and cover with aluminium foil
- Bake for 30 mins at 175ºC
