1) Can you tell us about yourself and your background?
Hello! I’m Regina Chow, and I’m active on social media with the handles @reginachow.sg and @pilateswithregina. My journey began as a pilates enthusiast, and I eventually became an instructor, driven by my passion for wellness and style. Additionally, I co-founded a business called @meibeautybirdnest, which specializes in crafting beautiful heart-shaped, 100% natural raw bird’s nests for gifting. Prior to this venture, I dedicated over a decade to the government sector, where I assisted global family-owned businesses in expanding their reach into Asia through Singapore. This blend of experiences has shaped my approach to both wellness and entrepreneurship.
2) What inspired you to start working as a content creator?
My journey into content creation began with a blog that I started as an outlet for creative expression. I sought a way to escape the rigidity of the corporate world and share my thoughts and experiences. To my surprise, my blog quickly gained traction, branching out to various social media platforms. This unexpected growth opened doors for collaborations with leading brands, allowing me to merge my passion for pilates and wellness with creative storytelling. The joy of connecting with others and sharing content that resonates with them continues to inspire me every day.

3) Are there any goals you are planning to reach in 2025?
In 2025, my primary focus will be on professional development within my pilates career. I have set ambitious goals to enhance my skills through rigorous self-practice, mentorship, and further education. My aim is to ensure that my pilates clients, regardless of their fitness levels, can fully benefit from our sessions. I believe that teaching pilates is not just a skill; it’s an art that requires continual growth and refinement. By investing in my own development, I can provide more value and support to my clients on their wellness journeys.
4) Can you recommend one must-try dish in Singapore?
Choosing just one must-try dish in Singapore is a challenge, as the city is a true food haven! However, if I had to pick, I would recommend trying kaya toast. This delightful breakfast staple features toasted bread spread with a rich, fragrant coconut jam, often paired with a side of soft-boiled eggs and a cup of local coffee or tea. It beautifully embodies the local flavors and is a beloved dish among both locals and visitors alike. Of course, if you have the chance, don’t miss out on Hainanese chicken rice and chili crab as well!
5) How do you make yourself happy and Ritzy in life?
To cultivate happiness and a sense of richness in my life, I prioritize following my heart and pursuing my passions. I believe in working hard to turn my dreams into reality, which brings me immense fulfillment. Additionally, I surround myself with supportive and inspiring individuals who uplift me. Engaging in activities I love, practicing self-care, and continuously seeking growth not only enrich my life but also bring joy and satisfaction. Ultimately, it’s about finding balance and cherishing the moments that make life truly beautiful.
