Under the direction of Chef Jack Lam, the restaurant is offering several gourmet options, including the Mini Fujian-Style Sticky Rice Dumpling with Pork Belly, which combines mushrooms, salted egg yolk, pork belly, dried shrimps, and chestnuts in glutinous rice, and the Mini Sticky Rice Dumpling with 25-year Preserved Radish and Organic Pork Belly, featuring the unique sweetness of aged radish.

The Legacy House at Rosewood Hong Kong is offering an exclusive rice dumpling set that highlights premium ingredients and traditional craftsmanship. The set includes a deluxe savoury glutinous rice dumpling filled with abalone, Jinhua ham, pork, dried scallops, mushrooms, salted egg yolk, lotus seed, chestnut, and seasoned with a signature salted chicken sauce.
