Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 20g sugar
- 95g powdered sugar
- 95g almond flour
👩🍳Steps:
- Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form
- Combine the powdered sugar and almond flour in another bowl
- Mix everything together
- Transfer the batter into a piping bag fitted with a round tip
- Let the macarons sit at room temperature for 1 hour⏱ until dry to the touch
- Bake for 15 mins at 170˚C and add mango
