Ritzy Recipe : Overnight Oatmeal

Try this easy, healthy and customizable grab-and-go breakfast! Learn how to make the base and then you can add any toppings or mix-ins, including fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, spices, jams, butter you like for a different breakfast everyday.

Ingredients:

  1. 45 ml  rolled oats
  2. 120ml milk of your choice (dairy or non dairy)
  3. 60ml Greek yogurt, or any type of plain yogurt
  4. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  5. 1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a sealable container and stir until it’s all combined.
  2. Let it soak in the fridge for 2 to 8 hours, longer it sits, the consistency will be creamier. Normally I would just make it before I sleep than I will get a perfect oatmeal in the morning 🙂

Toppings :

  • Almond Crunch : Granola , Almond slice , Almond Butter and Blueberries
  • Apple Pie : Apple slice , cinnamon , granola
  • PB & J : Peanut Butter, Straberries/ Blueberries
