As we are breaking out our long sleeves , it’s time to prepare for the cold winter nights as well. What’s more comforting than sharing a warm chocolatey pudding with your love ones ?
Ingredients:
- 165g dark (70%) chocolate, roughly chopped
- 170g unsalted butter cut in cubes
- 6 eggs
- 150g brown sugar
- 175g plain flour
- Vanilla Ice Cream for serving
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare a 6′ cake pan and grease it with butter
- Place chocolate and butter in bowl and melt it over a saucepan of boil water until it melted. Remove from heat and cool completely.
- Cream eggs and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Fold flour into the egg mixture until fully combine and then add the chocolate mixture in.
- Pour batter into cake pan and tap gently to remove all the excess air in the mix. Bake the pudding for 15-20 mins until it’s cooked and wobbly in the middle.
- Leave the pudding out for 5 mins before serving it with Vanilla Ice Cream or thickened cream
