EAST Hong Kong

With the holiday season fast approaching, EAST Hong Kong invites guests to embrace Christmas with extensive festive offerings, celebratory experiences and a bewitching New Year’s Eve countdown celebration.

This year, the hotel lobby will be transformed into a sustainable winter wonderland. During December, guests are invited to visit and snap enchanting memories with Mr. Eastie, a giant bear installation made by the EAST team with recycled blankets, bed linens and wooden boards, coloured with elaborate decorations and embellishment.

Christmas Takeaway Order

Delight yourself with hearty flavours of the festive season in the comfort of your home with FEAST’s Christmas takeaway menu! Take the stress out of cooking with Christmas gourmets and wholesome trimmings delivered straight to your doorsteps, including Ranch Raised Whole Roasted Turkey with Herb & Mushroom Stuffing, Gravy and Cranberry Sauce and Australian Bone-in Shoulder Ham with Spiced Honey & Orange Glaze, best paired with sides including Roasted Kipfler Potatoes, Honey Glazed Butternut Squash, Steamed Mixed Vegetables and sweet treats such as Croissant Bread & Butter Pudding with Brandy Custard and Classic Panettone.

Christmas Classics

Reflecting the brand’s British roots, the traditional celebration meat of turkey is the star of three popular, appealing sandwiches.It wouldn’t be Christmas without Pret’s Christmas Lunch Sandwich (HK$29), the ultimate holiday feast transformed into a substantial sandwich. Thick, tender slices of turkey breast are smothered in savoury stuffing and cranberry sauce along with onions, spinach and free-range mayo, all between slices of Pret’s iconic granary bread. Christmas Turkey Feast Baguette (HK$48) presents the same delicious combination within a stone-baked baguette. Port and orange cranberry sauce and herby pork stuffing alongside bacon and salad leaves add crunch and crispness. Offering tradition with a twist, Christmas Turkey Hot Wrap (HK$48, excluding the MTR outlets in Admiralty and Causeway Bay, and Berkshire House branch) is a moreish tortilla encasing turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, Swedish Grevé cheese and sweet potato falafel.

Crêpe Delicious

Oh, jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way! Christmas is around the corner! Whether you want to spend time with your loved ones, or have a party with your relatives and friends, Crêpe Delicious’  brand-new packages will surely add warmth to you during this cold season! Crêpe Delicious, a French crepe specialty shop from Canada, not only offers different styles of excellent crepes, but also other cuisines of their usual high quality. This Christmas, the restaurant has specially introduced Christmas and New Year set menus offering a variety of food and wine. Your holiday will for sure be more delectable and satisfying than ever before!

Taste the Romance – Christmas and New Year Limited Set Menus

The Christmas Set Menu starts with a refreshing and light starter “Seared Hokkaido Scallop Salad,” followed by a rich and flavorful “Crab Meat Pumpkin Soup”. The main dish comes with three options – a succulent “Grilled 12oz Sirloin Steak with Tiger King Prawn”, an indulgent “Boston Lobster Linguine in Lobster Sauce”, or a juicy “Pan Fried Cod Fish with  Mashed Potato and Wild Cherry Tomato. ” Last but not least, the menu comes to a sweet and scrumptious end with Crepe Delicious’ signature dish – “Snowy Wishes”  (Mango, Coconut and Pandan Crepe).

Moreover, if 2 patrons enjoy the above packages, they will receive romantic holiday gifts (a bottle of French sparkling wine and a crystal ball). The set meal is priced at HK$388 per person (subject to a 10% service charge).

Moxie

Moxie proudly presents a sustainable five-course Christmas Tasting Menu, comprised of Christmas classics with a Moxie twist. Guests start with a refreshing Corn Blini, which can be customised with a choice of N25 caviar and crème fraiche or tonburi and horseradish. Diners can then indulge in choices ranging from classic Black Tiger Prawn Cocktail to a rich Potato and Porcini Veloute with Black Truffle, to a Celeriac Carpaccio with Brussel Sprouts served with chestnut, tamarillo salsa, and butternut squash.

Indulge in a feast of Christmas treats and delicacies, coffee aficionados can also sip on the Spiced Pumpkin Latte lovingly topped with Mrs. Claus’ Bakery characters. A winter’s drink served hot made up of pumpkin flavours with cinnamon & nutmeg for sweetness with extra added spices is now available at Moxie.

Buenos Aires Polo Club

Moved by Argentina’s passion for the ‘sport of kings’ and its dynamic grilling culture, Buenos Aires Polo Club resurrects the opulent refinement of a bygone era. The brainchild of Black Sheep Restaurants founders Syed Asim Hussain and Christopher Mark, the restaurant draws inspiration from the South American country’s elite members-only clubs in the early 1900’s – a beacon of old-world refinement in the midst of a modern city.

Helmed in the kitchen by Executive Chef Jack Carson, the comprehensive menu highlights the versatility of the custom-built parilla grill, with dishes ranging from rich Provoleta to the signature beef cuts sourced from Argentina’s premier open-range cattle station, General Pico. The dining room’s equestrian accents, unparalleled steak knife collection and extensive Argentine wine list complete the stately feeling of a time-honoured country club.

NEW CLUB BRUNCH MENU

Every weekend from 12pm onwards, spend an afternoon at The Club in regal fashion with an Argentinian feast unlike any other. Priced at HK$598+10% per guest with the option to upgrade the meal with infinite servings of club martini and the Sommelier’s selection of wines starting from HK$298, the Club Brunch features some of the finest Argentinian plates designed to share amongst the table.

The menu begins with appetisers such as Plato de Mariscos with poached Boston lobster, oysters, Argentine prawns, Avruga caviar and Argentine scallops; Gaucho Omelette with chorizo and provoleta and more. For your main course, indulge in your choice of prime General Pico Black Angus cut grilled in the ‘asado’ tradition, paired with sides of Market Salad with fennel, dill and Malbec vinegar, or Fries Provenzal made with duck fat, garlic and parsley. Finish the decadent meal with a dessert of Tostada Dulce Fondue with dulce de leche.

Estro

Launched in partnership with JIA Group, Estro (Italian for ‘inspiration’) is Chef Antimo Maria Merone’s first independent restaurant in Hong Kong. Chef Antimo continues to redefine Italian cuisine with ever-evolving seasonal menus, presenting new formats of lunch
and dinner tasting menus, as well as limited-time festive menus for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

CHRISTMAS EVE & NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER MENUS

On 24th December, Estro will offer a special one-night-only Christmas Eve Dinner Menu priced at HK$2,880+10% per person, with an optional Symposium Wine Experience for an additional HK$1,880. Festive highlights will include Oyster with almond, caviar and capers, Kinki Fish with red pepper and fish jus, Riso di Semola ama-ebi prawn with crustacean essence, Beef with hazelnut “bagna cauda”, kohlrabi and seaweed, Rum Baba, and more.

BIFTECK

BIFTECK, the renowned home of refined beef-led dining realised through French-Japanese panache, heralds winter with a spectacular array of new evening offerings at QRE Plaza, Wanchai. “Bonne Fête à BIFTECK” (HK$1,280 per person) is an extravagant menu for Christmas and New Year (available from 24-26 December 2022, 31 December 2022, 1 January 2023), showcasing some of the bests from land and sea – Australian Wagyu Tongue Steak, Foie Gras, Grilled Abalone Barley Risotto, Shaved Black Truffle, Japanese Hairtail Tempura and more!

Served from Sunday to Thursday, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m, “Soirée Gastronomique à BIFTECK – l’Hiver” (from HK$598 per person) is a five-course parade of new creations that showcase Chef Kwok’s innovative spirit and refined touch. A three-glass wine pairing option (add HK$308 per person) further heightens the senses. Standouts from the latest dinner menu are A5 Sirloin Ochazuke, Spanish Ibérico Lamb Belly and Slow Cooked Australian M9 Outside Skirt!

Trattoria Kagawa By Mihara

Trattoria Kagawa by Mihara celebrates its opening and debut festive season with a series of Italian-Japanese Christmas feasts spotlighting jet-fresh ingredients. “Brunch del Fine Settimana” is a satisfying weekend brunch offered on public holidays as well as Saturdays and Sundays, the holiday fun factor can be intensified by the addition of a two-hour free-flow drinks package – HK$288 per person for beer, house red and white wine and Prosecco.

 

Two Christmas dinner menus will also be served on the evenings of 23-27 December 2022 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., while an exquisite Christmas lunch menu is also available from 23 to 27 December 2022. Served from 12 noon to 3 p.m.; in celebration of its first festive season, all diners coming to Trattoria Kagawa by Mihara for lunch or dinner between 23 and 27 December 2022 will be treated to a special surprise handcrafted by Chef Mihara!

Rosewood Hong Kong, HENRY

The city’s favourite American grill, smokehouse and butcher concept located at Level Five of Rosewood Hong Kong, HENRY will join forces with Rosewood PlaceMaker and internationally renowned local chef MAY CHOW to present their first menu crossover: “Spice up HENRY”, a  Hong Kong inspired American steak-house menu on 8 December (Thursday). For the special crossover menu, HENRY’s Chef de Cuisine Mario Tolentino has worked closely with Chef May to co-create a classic American steakhouse with a unique Hong Kong fare.  Highlights of the menu will include Beef Tartare with Chinese fermented bean curd by Hong Kong’s century-old Liu Ma Kee family, and pickled mustard greens; and 44 Farms Ribeye with five-spice scallion butter, black garlic steak sauce, black bean veal jus and Sichuan-style hollandaise. Dessert will feature Chef May’s signature Ice Cream Bao with corn ice cream, maraschino cherry syrup and caramel popcorn.

 

 

Basin

Three months since it first started bringing diners to the shores of the Mediterranean with its warm hospitality, friendly service and delectable French, Spanish and Italian cuisine, Basin is ready to delight you with a number of new offerings for the festive season and beyond. Make the holiday season merrier with the new La Mediterranee Festive Brunch (HK$690 per person), which promises a lavish menu in three mouthwatering courses, such as Joyas del Mar platter with seafood fresh from the Mediterranean Sea, slow-cooked Vallespluga spring chicken or a 200g Josper-grilled rib-eye steak. Enjoy the 2.5 hours of free flow drinks with the Basin Menu (HK$480 per person) with red, white, sparkling wine, beer and cocktails, Rosé All Day (HK$799 per person) for those that prefer something pink and Dolce far niente (HK$4,999 per person) for a true touch of festive decadence.

 

The Sixteenth

Themed The White Carnival, The Sixteenth’s New Year’s Eve countdown party returns with more surprises and good vibes – live music from an international DJ, free-flowing drinks, canapes and champagne on 31 December 2022,  from 22:00 to 2:00 on 1 January. White signifies a clean slate – letting go of the past to make way for what is yet to come.
