Ho Lee Fook

In an exciting collaboration highlighting the best of Cantonese cuisine, two rising star Cantonese chefs, Chef ArChan Chan of MICHELIN recommended and Tatler Dining’s Top 20 Restaurants of Hong Kong recipient, Ho Lee Fook, and Chef Jayson Tang of one MICHELIN-starred and also Tatler Dining’s Top 20 Restaurants of Hong Kong recipient, Man Ho Chinese Restaurant at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, will join forces for a special event occurring over two days on 11th and 18th October. Aptly titled, “A Duology of Cantonese Traditions,”, this two-part culinary exploration promises to delight food enthusiasts with an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Debuting in the heart of Central, Lubuds® Group announces the opening of YUAN, Hong Kong’s first re-imagined Chinese vegetarian fine dining restaurant serving innovative, modern interpretations of traditional Chinese cuisine. Helmed by acclaimed Chinese Executive Chef Ronald Shao and new-generation Head Chef Law Chak Kei, YUAN brings to life a wholesome, nature-centric vegetarian dining experience made entirely allium-free. YUAN is slated to open a gateway to connecting with nature’s cadence and experiencing its full spectrum of flavors anew.

ESTRO

JIA Group’s ESTRO, a one MICHELIN-starred Italian restaurant led by Chef Antimo Maria Merone, is thrilled to announce an exclusive collaboration with Da Terra, a two MICHELIN-starred restaurant and recently ranked #3 on the UK National Restaurant Awards 2023 headed by the acclaimed Chef Rafael Cagali from London. This rare collaboration dining event is set to take place on 4th and 5th October, providing guests with an unrivalled gastronomic experience.

ASAYA KITCHEN

Convivial contemporary ANJU Restaurant & Bar celebrates its soft opening on 8 September 2023 in Civic Square within the Elements Mall at Kowloon Station, showcasing an innovative Korean menu, edgy decor, and playful, vibrant vibe. The Baker & The Bottleman

The eagerly anticipated pop-up store of Simon Rogan’s The Baker & The Bottleman has now soft-opened in Central, located at Shop 239 on the 2/F at LANDMARK. The pop-up store will officially open from mid-September onwards for a duration of six months, serving an exquisite selection of freshly baked treats daily to its valued customers in the Central area.
