Dai Tung Private Restaurant has been relocated to Tsim Sha Tsui and is newly open to the public. The store layout is elegant and comfortable, with elements of classical European style, and the dishes are carefully crafted, combining the essence of traditional Cantonese and Western cuisine. There are two private rooms with separate toilets. There is also a VIP room equipped with KTV equipment, allowing everyone to enjoy delicious food while ensuring a high degree of privacy for the party.

Dai Tung Private Restaurant’s handmade Cantonese cuisine is exquisite and authentic. It is a replica of the handmade Cantonese dish “Bird’s Nest and Partridge Porridge” from the 1960s and 1970s. The traditional method uses ginseng and potatoes, while chef uses a modern and original method, using winter melon puree instead of ginseng.  Another special dish is “Shunde-style fish sashimi”, also known as “fish sashimi”: the crystal clear fish sashimi is fresh and sweet, with strong seasoning and rich ingredients. Other signature dishes such as “Teochew style marinated lobster”, “Guangzhou Liwan fried crab with black pepper” etc. are all rare delicacies in the market.
