sen-ryo continues to uphold the “Shokunin Spirit,” sourcing the finest seasonal ingredients and preparing them with exceptional craftsmanship. Their new menu features exquisite starters like Snow Crab with Assorted Vegetables and Korean Style Spicy Tuna and Avocado with Seaweed. Main courses include the Deluxe Tempura Platter, Grilled Hiroshima Oyster with Miso and Hoba, and A4 Kuroge Wagyu Steam Box.
The menu also highlights the freshest ingredients with dishes like Red Sea Bream with Salted Kelp and Seared Thick Cut Black Cod, part of the beloved “Shokunin Sushi” series. New “Tuna Rare Cuts” offer unique flavors with options like Deep-fried Tuna Nouten and Tuna Cheek Cooked in Sauce.
