This Valentine’s Day, Zuma Hong Kong is pulling out all the stops to create the best dining experience for guests to celebrate the beautiful bond between family and friends or that special someone in their lives.
What better way of expressing adoration to those you love than with Zuma’s Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu [HKD 1,580 per person], curated by Asia’s corporate executive chef Oscar Luzon de Arcos. The restaurant takes diners on a gastronomic journey through contemporary Japanese delicacies on 14 February, highlights include Japanese Wagyu Tataki with Perigord Black Truffle, Japanese Oyster with Yuzu and Green Apple, Chilean Sea Bass with Green Chili Ginger Dressing and Premium Japanese Wagyu Saga Sirloin, A4 grade with Yuzu Tahoon and Fresh Wasabi.
Diners are in for an extraordinary treat with a masterpiece designed by head pastry chef Eddy Lee; a Raspberry Fondant with Rose and Lychee Sorbet adorned with heart-shaped chocolates and pink petals. A romantic addition to round the night off on an even sweeter note is the Lychee Rose Petal Martini, crafted by Zuma’s bar team.
