Priced at HK$598 per person (two-person minimum). The three-course extravaganza begins with a choice of four temptations. A classic start would be CARVER Salad or the Forest Mushroom Potage. Moving onto the mains, diners may wish to savour succulent, flavourful USDA Prime 45-Day Dry Aged Bone-in Short Loin, weighing a generous 700g – the premium cut reflecting the
pinnacle of CARVER excellence in steak preparation.
