The Lower Elementary students got a taste of the outdoors recently on their day camps to Cheung Chau at The International Montessori School. The camp was absolutely chock full of activities ranging from physical activities such as paddle-boarding and coasteering, to more scholarly activities such as studying the tides and the formation of rocks. They even had time to learn about water safety, as well as take some off-time to meet with students from other classes, play games together, and relax on the beach too.

The sell-out audience of over 1,800 people filled the Queen Elizabeth Stadium on 30th April at the ESF Primary Choral Concert, as 600 talented students from 11 primary schools sang their hearts out and rose to the occasion. The theme was ‘Together Again’, symbolising the concert’s joyous return and comeback after five years of absence. It was a night of programme encompassing a wide variety of styles, including the traditional English folk song Scarborough Fair, Brazilian melody A Zing A Za, South African song Bhombela sung in Zulu, Chinese folk song Mo Li Hua, and a poptastic Beatles medley that got people clapping along. The evening was a success with the effort of every single student, who brought the melody to life, perfecting their performance under one roof.
