Dada Bar + Lounge (Dada) at The Luxe Manor is inspired by Dadaism in the early 20th century, each corner is designed in a unique artistic style, full of mystery with privacy, highlighting the bold and fearless attitude of Dadaism that leads the trend, it must be an ideal place for besties for a social gathering.

Approaching the festive season, the newly launched ghd “GO GRAND. GO LUXE.” collection features their best-selling tools in an opulent champagne gold palette, accompanied by a dramatic red velvet vanity case and accessories. Dada Bar + Lounge at the hotel made used of the same colour palette to create a collection of luxurious cocktails and canapés available from 2 November 2022 to 31 January 2023.
ADDICTED LUXE
As the cocktail highlight in the series, ADDICTED LUXE uses gold as the main tone to create the shining pool using aquavit, also known as the water of life and mixed with tempting honey and apple, the immortal fruit from the Garden of Eden. The golden flakes embody the party queen, capturing all the attention in the party.(HK$168 per glass).
THE STAGE
Inspired by the performance stage of the Dada Bar + Lounge, THE STAGE combines Prosecco and Guinness Foreign Extra Stout in the cocktail in an unimaginable way, resulting in intense notes of caramel and roasted coffee, but balanced by refreshing apple foam and perfected with a pinch of gold dust. The cocktail is exquisitely presented in a Champagne glass by leading Finnish design brand Iittala, offering the glamour that makes you want to conquer(HK$168 per glass).
IRRESISTIBLE RED
During this special festive occasion, the shade of red is always the central idol inside the camera. Let the lingonberry be infused in the vodka, mixed with cranberry juice and triple sec for a sumptuous presentation, as the irresistible choice for party ladies(HK$138 per glass).
THE GRAND TRIO
Glamorous canapés should not be missed while indulging in luxurious cocktails. The “GO GRAND. GO LUXE.” series presents seductiveTHE GRAND TRIO: the impressive Ossetra caviar blini with sour cream and chives, the signature beetroot gravadlax salmon and salmon mousse with olive pearls, olive and fig cracker, and the refreshing lemon custard meringue tart. Every guest who orders cocktails or canapés from the series can enjoy a personal hair styling service by an experienced professional hair stylist to highlight their uniqueness.
