1. Could you tell me a bit about yourself and your background?
My name is Jade Lau. I was born and raised in HK, love whisky and travel. I worked in the bar industry for 4 years and worked as the Head Bartender at Doubleshot and Tiffany’s New York Bar. I currently work in Kyle and Bain.
2. What is the toughest part of your job as a female bartender?
I start my first bar join in 2017. In short, it has to be the long working hours and late night shifts. It can be very physically demanding.
3. How do you make yourself happy and ritzy in life?
To live happily is to do the things you love. I love to drink whisky and
get a tattoo.
