Inspired by the traditional mooncake flavour, Executive Chinese Chef Jayson Tang proudly presents White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake with Ginger and Double Egg Yolks (HK$468 for 4 pieces per box) and 8″ Royal Supreme Mooncake with White Lotus Seed Paste, Ginger and 8 Egg Yolks (HK$888 per piece) to treat your taste buds to decadent flavours with a distinctive combination of spicy ginger and smooth, high-quality lotus seed paste. Backed by popular demands, the Mini Egg Custard Mooncake (HK$468 for 6 pieces per box) is an ultimate temptation for your palate. Filled with sweet and smooth egg custard, the festive delight is baked to perfection with a classic recipe.
