For the very first time, Guerlain and GREEN jointly present “Golden Bee Afternoon Tea by GREEN” from 29 August to 31 October 2022.
Inspired by Guerlain’s Abeille Royale Double R Renew & Repair Advanced Serum and its honey elements, Executive Chef Danny Ho and his talented team crafted an exquisite afternoon tea set with five sweet delicacies and five savouries, artfully presented over a 100% handmade artistic frame tea stand and plate. Alongside afternoon tea classics such as the signature Homemade Scones with clotted cream and sweet jam, and a choice of tea or coffee from a selection of 12 premium TWG teas or illy freshly brew, the popular free-flow soft serve ice cream station has returned with Honey Yogurt Soft Serve Ice Cream and toppings, creating a delightful afternoon tea experience.
Savoury selections include Crab Meat Salad and Caviar with Cracker, the classic Parma Ham Grissini, Melon Ball with Honey Pearl Caviar. Slow-braised Iberico Pork Belly Vol-au-vent with Quail Egg, the refreshing Mozzarella Cheese, Watermelon and Cucumber Skewer, and the chef recommended Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Truffle Scrambled Eggs and Salmon Roe.
