AMMO’s Executive Chef Fung uses the natural ingredients in the perfume to design a variety of exquisite savory and sweet bites, create a series of heart-warming winter afternoon tea set. To start with the full of festive flavor’s Brioche French Toast Casserole, Lobster Macchiato that warm your heart, aroma enhanced Pate de Foie Gras & Figs Tartlettes and Potato & Comte Cheese Quiche. This festive afternoon tea also offers a range of delicious morsels featuring orange, lemon, oolong and osmanthus to recreate the vibrant scent of delightful sweets, includes: Lemon & Pomelo Meringue Tart, Mango & Orange Vanilla Dome, Osmanthus Jelly with Wolfberries, Chocolate Crunchy Layer Cake, White Chocolate Oolong Cupcake and Scones with fresh Clotted Cream and Strawberry Rose Jam. Diners can also order “Rosey Pink” a refreshing gin-based cocktail or “Fruity Oolong” mocktail to cleanse the palate.
