ABCmouse
A multi-activity app for kids aged 2-8, ABCmouse aims to help you create a solid foundation for your preschooler. It covers reading, maths, science and art and offers a step-by-step learning plan spanning over 10 levels, over 850 lessons and more than 10,000 individual learning activities. The app also has a fun tracker to show your kids how much they’re learning.
Duolingo
Duolingo needs no introduction – used by adults and kids alike, it is one of the most popular language-learning apps out there. It is not only great for learning a second language, but it can help kids who have just started speaking or have a language deficiency. With more than 50 languages, Duolingo is known for its well-targetted and organised lesson plans that help your kids learn at ease, step by step.
My Body – Anatomy for Kids
This app teaches kids aged 6-8 all the important information they need to know about the human body. Featuring original artwork, over 100 illustrations and no rules or levels, My Body – Anatomy for Kids was created by a team of medical doctors and educators and reviewed by children and parents. Curiosity is rewarded in the app and there are no ads or distracting marketing.
Monkey Junior
Trusted by over two million parents all over the world, Monkey Junior is a learn-to-read app that teaches your kids aged 0-5 new words. It’s free to use and has a host of languages to choose from, including American English, British English, French and Chinese (Mandarin).
