At the helm is Executive Chef Jamie Draper, an O.G. Brixton Boy who will introduce a few untraditional trimmings to autumn American dishes, combining the best of US recipes with UK flavours for an ultimate night of trans-Atlantic celebratory delights.

This British invasion menu begins with appetisers. Diners can choose either a classic prawn cocktail on butterhead lettuce and Marie-Rose sauce or a salad option of chicory leaves, pear and Stilton.

The voracious main course includes slices of bronze roast crown of turkey and from a slow cooked leg, black pudding stuffing, roast sweet potatoes, buttered corn on the cob, Brussel sprouts and bacon, cranberry sauce, gravy and a Yorkshire pudding. A vegetarian option of pumpkin risotto with balsamic, sage and radicchio is offered as alternative. For dessert, there’s English faves warm bread and butter pudding with custard and pecans. The meal is only HK$458.

The Cakery has prepared a collection of new themed pastries and pies to celebrate the new season. The Cakery’s beloved vegan mille feuille comes in two new flavour varieties, including Poached Pear (H$65) with festive notes of cinnamon, cloves and spiced pear, and Mont Blanc (HK$65), the crowd-favourite chestnut puree topping with chestnut crème layers.
