the South African Abalone (7 heads per catty), Japanese Dried Conpoy, Chinese Yunnan Ham, Shiitake Mushrooms, Pork Belly, Salted Egg Yolk and Truffle Sauce. Added chestnut enriches the taste of this limited deluxe dumpling. The Truffle Dumpling with Yunnan Ham, Conpoy and Abalone is also available with a bottle of homemade X.O. sauce at additional HK$80, and neatly presented in a gift box.
