Introduces tempting new menus this Autumn and Winter

With the autumn breeze approaching, Team Ritzy wants to introduce a tempting selection of new dishes for Autumn and Winter, which are sure to captivate diners from the very first, authentic bite.

ZUMA

Launching on October 21, Asahi will be recreating an authentic Japanese yokocho atmosphere on Zuma’s terrace, where guests will be transported to the side streets of Japan this Autumn, with an eclectic contemporary twist. Running until end of year, the ‘Yokocho’ experience terrace pop-up will become the city’s newest go-to destination with a specially curated menu including sake-Asahi beer pairing and robatayaki skewers. Whether you are standing at tailor-made bar tables crafted from red beer crates or sitting under the shade of maple trees, you can enjoy an authentic drinking experience like a Japanese local.

CIAK

CIAK – In The Kitchen (Central) is ushering in fall with a new Autumn Specials Menu, marrying Italian culinary traditions with the freshest, seasonal local ingredients from Italy, bringing diners a scrumptious hearty feast. To start as appetizer, Tuna Tartare ($380) which consists of Blue Fin Tuna, Caviar, Fennel Salad and Orange dressing is a delicate yet scrumptious dish which not only satisfy one’s taste buds with its refreshing bite. For carb lovers, Ravioli ($380) which are filled with Short Ribs, Beef Jus and Parmesan Cheese brings a satisfying sensation carrying strong beef aroma which also will gain the hearts for beef lovers. Carnivores must not miss their Ossobuco ($580) cooked in “Ossobuco” Style, making it a perfect choice to share with family and friends.

Hong Kong’s best restaurant for Balinese cuisine, Poem, by Le Comptoir, has just introduced a tempting selection of new dishes for Autumn and Winter, which are sure to captivate diners from the very first, authentic bite. Indulgent appetisers include the umami-rich vegan King Mushroom ($128), pan seared and served with a punchy roasted beetroot sambal and finished with a garlic and fresh herb oil (including coriander, parsley and Thai basil). Seafood fans will adore the tender Octopus ($188), slow cooked with spicy balado sambal and sweet chilli sauce, served with a refreshing combination of pomelo, cucumber and market greens. Other new fabulous seafood mains showcase the true flavours of executive chef Mustika’s home town of Jimbaran. These include the sustainably sourced Whole Grilled Seabass ($498) from Europe and Jimbaran Lobster ($588) cooked with a bold Jimbaran barbecue sauce of sweet soy, shrimp paste, tomato and chilli, and served with stir-fried rice noodles and vegetables.

Hyatt TST – Cafe

Embrace autumn with heart-warming dishes as Cafe serves up a Stews from Around the World themed buffet from 1 October – 30 November 2021. An array of signature stews from around the world will be prepared by the culinary team, including Japanese, Thai, Indian, Western and Chinese stews. For example, Sumo Stew, a.k.a. the Chanko Nabe, is a bountiful hot soup served in a gigantic pot filled with mixed vegetables, mushrooms, and pork and seasoned with soy, sake and mirin in a dashi broth.
