Can you tell us about yourself and your background?

I discovered yoga when I was 11, and it’s been a big part of my life ever since. While living in China in 2006, I faced some health issues that led me back to yoga and deepened my interest in the country’s tea culture. My kombucha journey began in 2014 after attending an event where they discussed its health benefits and detoxing effects, which piqued my interest. I’m passionate about fitness, doing yoga, Pilates, and regular workouts, and I maintain a healthy diet.

What inspired you to work as a principal brewer?

I was inspired to become a principal brewer by my passion for a healthy lifestyle. While living in China in 2007, I faced some health issues that led me back to yoga and deepened my appreciation for the country’s rich tea culture. This journey ignited my interest in brewing kombucha and its health benefits.

Are there any goals you are planning to reach in 2024?

Our goals this year are to scale up our operations to reach supermarkets and more cafes, making our kombucha more accessible to a wider audience.

How do you make yourself happy and ritzy in life?

To stay happy, I practice yoga and Pilates, work out regularly, and maintain a healthy diet.
