lunch filled with signature dim sums and delectable dishes, such as double-boiled fish maw soup in coconut, sautéed prawns stuffed with vegetable, braised conpoy stuffed in winter melon with shrimp roe, and tragacanth gum with osmanthus in coconut milk. To fully experience Chinese fine-dining in luxurious comfort, book the 9-course set dinner to savour exquisite dishes like crispy roasted suckling pig, marinated pigeon in Chinese yellow wine, double-boiled sea cucumber soup with chickpeas in coconut, braised tiger prawn with crispy rice, braised South African dried abalone with goose web, and the like.
