Roganic Hong Kong

Roganic Hong Kong is proud to announce an exciting collaboration with Chef Kevin Wong of one MICHELIN starred and MICHELIN Green-starred Seroja restaurant from Singapore, taking place on 4th and 5th March, for two dinners only at HK$1,980 + 10% per guest.

This second collaboration of the year is part of an exciting series of events to celebrate Roganic’s fifth anniversary celebrations and follows the event with Quintonil (ranked #9 in World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023) from Mexico that will take place on 23rd – 24th February. Seroja, meaning “lotus flower” in Malay, is known to celebrate the rich and diverse culture of the Malay Archipelago’s. The restaurant celebrates unique regional influences and culinary traditions, and overall flavours that are rooted in the Malay Archipelago.

Ming Pavilion

Hokkien cuisine reflects a diverse heritage shaped by its proximity to the sea, fertile farmlands, and a history of cultural exchange. The cuisine is characterised by its emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients, delicate flavours and intricate cooking techniques that have been passed down for generations. At Ming Pavilion, these time- honoured traditions are celebrated and brought to life, inviting guests to savour the authentic flavours of Hokkien cuisine.

Signature dishes offered at Ming Pavilion include Deep-fried Five-spice Pork Roll (HK$118/6pcs), a dish of crunchy water chestnuts wrapped in delicate bean curd skin, originating from the Minnan region of Fujian province; Deep-fried Prawn Roll (HK$118/5pcs), featuring premium shrimp paste, fresh prawns, fatty pork, and water chestnut, creating a delightful chewy texture; Xiamen-style “Popiah” (HK$288 or HK$388 with King Crab meat), a traditional local dish from Xiamen, Fujian, with a rich texture and crispy sensation, filled with fresh cabbage, carrots, fatty pork, and shrimp, and enriched with Alaskan crab, pork lard, and peanut candy.

Uogashi Nihonichi

Uogashi Nihonichi, the renowned Japanese fresh fish specialist, has unveiled a second Hong Kong standing sushi bar, in Central Market, following its successful arrival at AIRSIDE in Kai Tak last September. The winter season in Japan heralds a myriad of fish and shellfish delicacies that arrive on the sushi counter at their plumpest and freshest. It brings these coveted catches from Japan’s clean waters and famed fish markets to Central Market, where they top quality rice from Japan in immaculate sushi showcasing the natural flavours and textures of the seafood, or shine alone as sashimi. These winter wonders may grace the deluxe Omakase Set (HK$688), which spans four pieces of sashimi and seven Edomae sushi, as well as a handroll and chawanmushi, while sushi lovers will revel in the 10 types of seasonal seafood plus a handroll that comprises the Sushi Omakase Set (HK$398). Both value-added omakase sets are served with the special miso soup of the house, slow-cooked daily with fresh chicken and sea bream into a rich, savoury broth.

With Valentine’s Day in the spotlight, The Baker & The Bottleman is preparing to captivate patrons with a festive special product. Indulge in the romance of the season with the charming Chocolate and Raspberry Heart-Shaped Choux (HK$40 per piece and ½ dozen for HK$200). The Baker & The Bottleman invites guests to experience the magic of Valentine’s Day through these sumptuous creations, which will be available to order on 1st Feb, with in-store pick-up on 13th – 15th February.

The afternoon tea is priced at HK$538 for two persons and is available at Cafe from Monday through Sunday, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, from now through 31 March 2024. Guest can add HK$108 for two glasses of champagne for an elevated dining experience.
